Terms and Conditions

Purchases 

By making a purchase on this website, you agree that the livestock you purchase is for personal use only.  Once a purchase is made,  you agree not to resell or give away the livestock or breed the livestock to sell the offspring.  Amazing Ocean Creatures reserves the right to refuse to complete  any order for any reason including,  but not limited to, if we suspect the livestock being purchased  is for reselling or breeding to sell the offspring. Violators will be prosecuted.  

Once a purchase is made,  you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase.  Once your order has shipped you will receive another email with your tracking number and delivery date of your order.   We will only ship on Monday,  Tuesday and Wednesday. 

We do not guarantee sex, size or color of our seahorses or breeding successfulness nor can we be held responsible for disease related problems if proper acclimation procedures are not followed. 

All purchases will be shipped with a 2 day delivery date and a arrive alive guarantee.  Someone must be home to accept delivery on the first attempt, even if  the delivery is late.

If a delivery  is refused for any reason including but not limited to late arrival,  damages to box or not being home to accept delivery,  the customer will be held liable for the full cost of the order plus return freight charges. 

Amazing Ocean Creatures will not assume responsibility for lost or delayed shipments if incorrect address has been given.

Refunds and Returns 

Amazing Ocean Creatures does not accept the return of livestock nor  does Amazing Ocean Creatures give refunds.  Replacement livestock will be sent on a case by case basis. 

Live arrive guarantee applies  to the day of arrival only.   The following steps must be followed to be eligible :

     In the event the livestock you purchased is dead upon arrival,  pictures of the shipping  box and pictures of the livestock in the unopened shipping bag must be submitted within 30  minutes upon arrival to Seahorsehelp@yahoo.com to report the loss.  The pictures must be clear and in focus to be valid.  Please include your name,  phone number,  invoice number and description of what happened. 

All pictures and information are the property of Amazing Ocean Creatures and are protected by copy and cannot be copied, distributed or republished without prior permission.
